Beacon is a business process outsourcing company. We recruit, train and manage virtual assistants, customer support teams and sales and lead generation teams for clients, mainly in Europe. Our team works remotely, with hubs in Sri Lanka and Madagascar.

Contact and booking forms: your name, email address, company, the service you are interested in and a rough description of what you need.

Lead finder demo: your first name, work email, company name, website, what you sell, your industry, deal size and the profile of your ideal customer, plus your consent and the time you gave it.

Job applications: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, your CV and, if you send one, your motivation letter.

Technical data: the page you came from and campaign parameters (such as utm tags), so we know which channels bring people to us.

To answer your questions and prepare a discovery call.

To run the lead finder demo and send you the results.

To process your job application and contact you about it.

To improve our website and understand where our visitors come from.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything else.

We process your data because you asked us to (a request, a demo or an application), because you gave consent where we ask for it, and because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

We use a small number of suppliers to run the website, send email and host our systems. They only process your data on our instructions.

Part of our team works outside the EU, in Sri Lanka and Madagascar. When your data is accessed from there, we protect it with confidentiality agreements, managed equipment and access controls, as described on our security page.

We never share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

Contact and demo requests: up to two years, so we can follow up properly.

Job applications: up to one year after the process ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or agree we keep them longer.

After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to limit how we use it, or to receive a copy. Email sales@beaconbeckons.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EU, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

We keep cookies to a minimum. The site works without tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.
