Customer support and guest support is our bread and butter. We can set up teams for you that provide 24/7 coverage for your customers and guests to call, email or chat to rapidly resolve their issues.

Executive Assistants

We train and provide executive assistants as well as chief of staff profiles that can help you as the owner or leader of your business to simplify your schedule and tasks as well as save tremendous amounts of time.

Back Office Administration

Many of our existing agents help our clients with tasks that involve back office administration and more repetitive tasks such as data entry, work in google sheets, checking reservations etc.

Account Managers

Account managers to manage a portfolio of your clients is something we provide as well. All of our agents are bilingual English / French and come with previous experience in the roles.

During our chat we’ll make that clear and go over the pricing as well for your specific needs.

What does our hiring process look like?

We constantly have job openings online so we get a continuous stream of talent coming in. Applicants with attractive profiles have three rounds of interviews to get through before being hired by us. If we don’t have a spot for them at that time, we keep them in our talent pool so we can find you the perfect fit quickly.

What languages do your staff speak?

All of our staff is bilingual in French and English. Although if one of the two is not relevant to you, we might hire profiles that only speak one of the two. We do have very strict standards on language skills.

We are able to find German speakers as well, but they take a bit more time.

What if I need more/less staff or existing ones replaced?

You’ll have a dedicated account manager to help you with that. Any agent who isn’t performing can be quickly switched out for someone new. If you need more or less people, we can switch gears easily as well by you sending us an email.

At first there might be some churn as we find the perfect profile for you and your company. But once we have a great match, our agents tend to stick around.
